EASY FOOD GUIDE...

Before Beachbody became a huge company with over 150 workouts, the most basic of food guides was created and included in their programs, called Michi's Ladder.

The most basic list of  foods to stick with, top 2 or 3 Tiers of Michi's Ladder, sign on to your teambeachbody account. Go to EAT SMART Tab and you'll find it there.
